    MSAB becomes the largest shareholder in Beijer Ref in terms of voting rights

    Melker Schörling AB (MSAB) has entered into an agreement to acquire all of EQT’s and Peter Jessen Jürgensen’s outstanding A-shares in Beijer Ref AB (publ) for an undisclosed premium. As a result of the transaction, MSAB will become the largest shareholder in Beijer Ref in terms of voting rights, holding 14.1 percent of the votes and 2.1 percent of the share capital.     The annual general meeting of Beijer Ref AB (publ) today made the following resolutions.     Beijer Ref issues bonds totaling SEK 2.5 billion under MTN program

    Beijer Ref AB has successfully issued four bonds totaling SEK 2.5 billion under the company’s established MTN program. The issue comprises two bonds with a two-year maturity and two bonds with a four-year maturity, with each maturity consisting of one fixed-rate bond and one floating-rate bond.     Beijer Ref has acquired 75 percent of the shares in Idema, an A/C distributor in Italy, with an option to acquire the remaining shares. Idema has an annual turnover of approximately SEK 200 million, with good profitability.     Beijer Ref has signed an agreement to acquire Refspecs, a HVAC/R wholesaler in New Zealand with an annual turnover of approximately SEK 100 million. Founded in 2010, Refspecs is headquartered in Auckland and operates five branches.   The company will continue to operate under its own brand. The acquisition is expected to have a minor positive impact on Beijer Ref’s results.     Beijer Ref completes acquisition of Airwave

    Beijer Ref has completed the transaction of Airwave, a leading HVAC distributor in the Baltic region. In October 2025, Beijer Ref signed a binding agreement to acquire 80 per cent of the shares in Airwave, with an option to acquire the remaining shares. Following unconditional approval from the Estonian competition authority, the transaction has now been completed.     Beijer Ref AB has successfully issued a bond of SEK 1,5 billion within the framework of the company's recently established MTN program (Medium Term Note).
